Debra showed a desire to be an entertainer at an early age, always singing every chance she could. Debra began performing on stage at the age of 10 and at age 13 Debra sang with her first band and was hooked.

From being called 'Marilyn Monroe' over and over and over again, Debra embraced her inner and outer 'Marilyn' and created her musical tribute to honor the great goddess of innocence and love.
